A lot off questions were posted everywhere. The two questions I've seen most where about binging and how to deal with temptation, and what to do about hairloss, and all other negative effects.
Both are quite simple to answer for me.
About binging and temptation; this requires a lot of discipline:
Fill yourself up with diet soda, green tea, or coffee. And then I mean litterally fill yourself up. Drink so much off the stuff you are almost gonna puke your guts out.
Stay away from your temptations, and reward yourself for every almost binge you had, but didnt.
The negative effects of malnutritining are easy lifted by taking multi vitamines,cand extra vitamine b. That solves the hair, nail and skin problem.
