The "healthy" way didn't work. Thank god for a way that does. Currently, 5'7" weigh 160 lbs. I'm gross. Thanks to ana, I won't be much longer. :)
I've been dealing with EDNOS for about 12 years now. I'm 24 now, 5'4" my lowest was 92lbs, I thought I was in control but Ana took over my life until I met my husband. I knew I had to stop all of this when we got pregnant. It's one thing to do this to myself but I wouldn't let Ana hurt my unborn child. I had several complications through my pregnancy because my weight put my baby in danger. My son was a preemie but lucky had no other complications. I however had gone from 97lbs to 130lbs. Now 2½ years later I'm at 133lbs and Ana has a slow grip on me again. It's taking over my mind again and soon it'll have control of my body again. I'm thinking I can control it this time (I know I'm lying to myself) I miss the lifestyle but I don't want to put myself in the position where I can't phisically or mentally take care of my son. Ana and my life are fighting constantly and I just don't know what to do. I don't want help I don't need help, I just need enough motivation to stay strong through this and not let her control me this time. By coming to this site makes me feel like I'm in control of Ana ad I can achive my goals. And I know I'm not alone in this, I'm going through it with y'all and we can do this.
