3 head rules

7-7 rule Dinner must be eaten by 7.00 pm. After dinner no food is consumed until 7.00 am at the earliest. This is basically the same as a 12-hour fast, meaning, if you live by this rule for a year, you have fasted a half year! Mainly one should do this because your metabolism slows down at night, and if you consume food it will be harder to burn the calories. 3 hour eat/sleep 3 hours must pass between the last time you and and the time you go to bed. This ensures that you are actively burning calories while the food is initially digesting, versus, when you are sleeping, when metabolism slows and you burn fewer calories. Very important because you want to burn as many as you can! 2 times a day You must weigh yourself twice a day. Once at night before you go to sleep, and once after using the bathroom in the morning. This is more a self-esteem booster then anything else. You are always thinner in the morning.

One night of the week I have sports until 7:30, would it be alright if I changed the rule from 8-8 and on that night only? I would go 7-7 on the other nights...

It doesnt really mather what times you take. The most important thing is that you don't eat for twelve hours. So, if it is 6-6. 7-7, 8-8, its all ok.
Now don't go party and change the time every day, but if you go 7-7 everyday except one, thats ok. You could also go 8-8 if thats easier.

i am new to all of this, i defently gunna stop eating, just my parents are realy all about " finshing your dinner" so how can i avoid not haveing to eat the dinner? also i dont have a gag reflex!!!! so i cant make my self vomit!

Hi there I am new to this.But my parents want me to eat. Today I threw out my dinner only ate one piece of brocoli because someone was watching me, but I don't want to eat. I worry I will become fat. I can't make myslef vomit the food though,and how should I avoid my food? my parents can be strict about eating so I worry. please help.

Hi! I'm also pretty new to this! I'd love to lose about nine kilos or something like that! I currently like this guy and if I lose a little bit of weight! I'd also like to lose some weight so that I can fit in with all my beautiful thin friends!

hi, i'm new to all this and i'm literally crapping myself. I need to be thin, my weight is making me depressed; I just really need help. also, i'm hyperglycemic so if I don't have enough sugar I faint, what can I do to prevent this?
